We reply to general queries within three UK business days. Privacy and data-subject requests are handled within the statutory one-calendar-month window. The full list of rights you can exercise lives on the Privacy Policy.
Fipster is operated from the United Kingdom. A postal address is available on request for legal or press matters.
How to reach us
The fastest route to a human is email at our support address. We monitor that inbox during UK working hours and aim to reply to every legitimate message within five working days. Urgent privacy and data-protection requests are triaged ahead of general support so they always meet the statutory one-month UK GDPR response window.
What to email about
- Bug reports. A broken page, a wrong score, a stuck loading state, or anything that looks off. A URL plus a one-line description of what you expected is enough to get us started.
- Prediction queries. Want to know how a specific prediction was generated, or which data inputs the model used? Send the fixture URL and we’ll explain the reasoning surfaced by that prediction.
- Press & partnerships. Editorial, podcast, or research enquiries — we’re happy to talk on the record about how Fipster works and the limits of statistical football modelling.
- UK GDPR data-subject requests. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection requests under UK GDPR. See the rights summary in our Privacy Policy for the full list and the controller statement.
- Feedback & ideas. Coverage gaps, features you wish we had, or copy you think is wrong — please tell us. We read every message even when we can’t reply individually.
What we can’t help with
Fipster is an independent prediction publisher. We are not a bookmaker, not a tipping service, and not affiliated with any betting operator, broadcaster, or league. We can’t reset passwords or recover accounts for any third-party sportsbook, and we don’t give betting advice — predictions on the site are entertainment-only and are framed in probability terms for that reason. Fipster is operated from the United Kingdom. For data-protection purposes the controller details, lawful bases, and the cookie/CMP information all live alongside your statutory rights on the Privacy Policy page.
